Brock has been working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) since 2013, delivering both best-in-class technologies and customized managed services. As part of an MSP, Brock has had the opportunity to work in many different roles, from pre-sales engineering to account management and operations. Brock’s main role is to oversee our support team and coordinate our overall operations for the entire organization to ensure our customers’ experience is best in class services.
Brock graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, minoring in International Business, Management and Adventure Tourism. When Brock is not working, he loves spending time with his family, the outdoors, running, watching Sci-Fi and Fantasy films, and playing basketball and football (Go Minnesota Vikings!).
