As IT service needs can fluctuate during a year’s period, we visit the initial contact quarterly and make adjustments as necessary.
Call Center
For our contracted customers, UbiStor provides an easy-to-follow service request process and clear service level agreements. We provide your organization with a single point of contact staffed by skilled engineers and service personnel; we manage all service requests and escalations to ensure timely resolutions. Clients can choose their preferred method of contact and assign the priority of each issue, we then respond based on the assigned priority.

Assessment and Review
For clients needing full outsourced IT Services we perform a complete and thorough discovery to ensure we understand and are able to support the network. The initial assessment results in a proposal to address any issues that were discovered. We also create a single document that allows us to support the network and provides you with an “IT Dashboard” that aids in high level management of the IT network and assets.
Maintenance and Response
UbiStor will ensure all products in the network are current with updates and warranties to increase network stability. The best approach to keeping your network online is proactive, but when issues arise, we have a toll-free number and email-based service request process that guarantees timely response and resolution.
Flexibility
We realize that clients today require flexibility. We agree. By developing an understanding of your businesses cost and need considerations, UbiStor approaches clients in this manner. UbiStor will provide training to allow you to perform reoccurring tasks, tackle only those pieces of a project where internal resources are lacking, review and adjust IT Service contract during the first year of service without penalty.
